Southeast Asian Media Studies Journal: Call for Book Reviews

Southeast Asian Media Studies Journal invites book reviews of recent (published within the last five years) literature about Southeast Asian Media, Journalism, and Communication research that not only describe a work’s content and approach but also examine the ways in which the work can be applied to pedagogy, practice, and policy.

A book review should be around 1,000 words in length and conform to SEAMSA’s guidelines: https://seamsa.org/submission-guidelines/

Deadline: 15 November 2022.

Along with your book review, please submit:

  1. Title and affiliation of each book review author.
  2. Email address for correspondence
  3. Biography of each author (50-80 words)

Relevant and very well-written book reviews will be considered for inclusion in SEAMSJ issues 4.1 or 4.2, both to be published in December 2022.
