Call for Southeast Asian Media Studies Conference (SEAMSC) 2023

SEAMSA is partnering with a private university in Kuala Lumpur who will host the conference 2-4 November 2023.

We are looking for members of the Southeast Asian Media Studies Conference (SEAMSC) 2023 Organizing Committee. This call is open for ALL SEAMSA MEMBERS, whether they reside in or outside of Southeast Asia.

Duration of Service

From 1 April 2023 until 31 December 2023.

Duties

* Coordinate with the Conference Directors of SEAMSC 2023 and other committee members in creating and disseminating materials related to the conference.

* Assist the Conference Directors with the preparation and the execution of all logistical requirements.

* Attend online meetings.

* Participate in the committee online and/or on-site.

* Evaluate the event: pre-, during, and post-conference.

NOTE: This will be a hybrid conference (online and on-site). SEAMSA will not cover travel expenses should you want to fly to the conference venue.
